As others have mentioned FSMDX is only 0.025. Also FZROX actually has small midcap and smallcap holdings. Not easy to determine exactly how much but the list of stocks from May 2025 is available online.
Also I found direct indexing as a nice way to get access to mid caps or small caps - also with essentially a zero er.
