I looked at UNH too, but they're being investigated for Medicare fraud. I decided to cancel the buy order and then the stock price increase almost 20% later in the day, lol.

Could be, that was panic selling a bad headline, and it didn't give the needle much on UNH.
That's not a guarantee the market won't take or UNH won't tank, but the context matters.

Not true homie not true at all. Had 2 bounce back days selling my shorts at a good time as well capitalized on UNH since yesterday.
You know it's funny UNH is down 50% this month. Which had been the number one holding on the Dow. The mark can take money from you on both sides. See the thing is if the market on Monday opens up like it closed after hours today I will be making up for all that "solvency" lost
No, the market literally has to stop going up at this point. I mean until we get the next CPI report people need a cool. Their Jets and acting like AI has cleared every hurdle and is just going to go up up and away forever is pretty short-sighted

I think NKE, TTD, TGT, CELH, ELF, UNH and AMD all found their bottoms.

This is why I buy the dip. My roth IRA is 100% $UNH with an average of 284/share. It will be north of $300 in no time flat

Someone also pointed out that the huge volume spike [marked the bottom for two previous UNH crashes](https://medium.com/@tgof137/unitedhealth-is-cheap-under-300-461b3298ba87?sk=df4b84c10c85f8f766b8dce00dd10afb), so that might even confirm the timing for when to buy. So... reasonable valuation, no severe problems with the business, lots of overly negative sentiment, and possible confirmation that investors have capitulated. Sounds like a pretty safe bet to me.
I don't buy everything just because it drops 50%. But it is worth taking a look at stocks that crash like that and whether there's value to be found.

Holding IONQ and UNH call spreads with 2-5 weeks out DTE.
If they keep hitting, going to start averaging out into bank account and leaps on quiet memes.

I don’t take any advice from this subreddit most are ultra gamblers and think losing 20k is nothing and they can come back. You have better chances playing roulette than gaining anything from this sub. Options are great when it comes to extreme earnings. UNH was the easiest one this week when the ultra fud news dropped it below every indicator which I bought calls when it dipped around 254. I now only buy calls when extremes like it happen. For example I never buy options on Friday. It’s the most unpredictable day imo. Look at the bullcrap they pulled on everyone that bought calls on the index’s today. They are recked Monday.

Right after the Moddy downgrade UNH share price dipped from 290 to 287.5, -0.6% less than -1% and at 6:00pm UNH CEO bought 25 million shares. We will definitely be green at open, might just need to load as much shares as I can at premarket on Monday

This is a real thing actually. I didn’t take it but my buddy alerted UNH 280 calls this morning at .38 and sold them for $13.
