I like MU, AMAT, SMCI and TSM. ASML is a good european company too, but it's got weird price action. All of these are fairly undervalued based on fundamentals and monopoly / conglomerate power.

But dont buy options, just buy shares... you're WAY late on the Semiconductor / AI Hype Train... Like probably 2-3 years late lol. Option Premiums are insanely overpriced.

***Re: P/E Ratios***
As of writing, TSM and SMCI: 26, so they might fit your criteria; that said: You shouldn't use PE ratio to assess company value anymore, since many publicly traded companies have figured out how to game those metric.
For larger companies, e.g. META and AMZN, they can hide their true PE behind corporate spending, R&D, etc. They could be WAY more profitable if they wanted to, but they choose not to. Of course if you can afford to hire the best finance folks, they will be the best at window dressing for Wall Street.

I'm actually not loyal but do search for high profit, high growth, high momentum companies. Just this past year shifted conviction from TSM to PLTR and now HOOD. I'm still waiting on holding through ER on 7/30.
Q2 should be fantastic. Couple reasons why:
\- Still 1/3 rev from crypto transactions and Q1 saw BTC drop from about $95k to $82. This was a major drag on Q1. But Q2 started at $82k and BTC ended June about $107k. Huge tailwind.
\- On earnings call, they talked about some new markets such as futures. Said that April futures revenue already outpaced all of Q1. I had to rewind. That is fantastic growth.
\- Outlook... I suspect adding all 31 EU countries so quickly is a big plus and adoption will be strong giving them confidence in future outlook. Not to mention new offerings like perpetual futures.
I'll trim some on anticipated runup to earnings. Trim some more post ER bump. Then hold for long shot of S&P inclusion early Aug. That is my runway. After that, I'll hold a small portion long term and look for the next opportunity.

As long as China needs the chips that TSM manufactures, Taiwan keeping production of their best chips on-shore serves as a bulwark against Chinese aggression, provided that Taiwan has measures in place to prevent China from taking control of amd subsequently using their fabrication tech. Taiwan has a vested national security interest to not let US (Or Chinese, for that matter) chip manufacturing reach parity with their own. To the extent they are capable of preventing this from happening, they will.

I'm already too exposed to semis with NVDA, AMD, ASML being some of my biggest positions alongside (GOOGL and SONY).
I recently made the mistake of getting out of TSM and MU when wanting to change from the equivalent to ADRs in my country to stocks in the US and not being able to get back because they just kept climbing and I waited too hoping for a dip.
My "solution" was to start buying Samsung and Intel hoping for a "rising tide lifts all boats" type scenario. I want to have as much exposure as possible to semis without getting in at bad entry point because of FOMO.

TSM is trading at an 18 p/e and under 30x FCF while being the absolute leader.
ASML is a bit more expensive at a 28 p/e and 40x FCF, they’re not only the leader but a literal monopoly in chip equipment.
Those two are obvious buys for me to anyone bullish on semis.
Then I gotta say AMD is a buy imo, great management and their multiples are artificially high due to acquisitions. But even then they’re under the 40p/e you used as a screener. They destroyed Intel in CPUs becoming the leader and they’re in second in gpus behind NVDA with third place way behind. Their growth is solid and data center growth is triple digits, just overshadowed by NVDA.
