Mony supply increases at an increasing rate
Fiat supply goes up -> price of limited-supply assets goes up (gold/oil/RE/BTC)
All these assets will increase in value more aggressively than stocks (as a whole, because companies are exposed fiat dilution), which increase more aggressively than bonds/fiat.

100% agree.
The housing crisis is mainly a symptom of people trying to find an asset to store wealth.
The monetary premium on housing needs to go down / housing needs to be definancialized and I hope that more and more wealth flows from real estate into Bitcoin (not because I want Bitcoin to appreciate, but because RE needs to be definancialized for a fairer society.
When people say „We have too many empty apartments that are just used as asset, the government should do something and punish this.“ they just try to put band aids on symptoms of a larger foundational issue which is the monetary system.

I like to share tips that have helped me along the way and one of the biggest pieces of advice I can offer is to Record your screen while you trade. Narrate your thoughts and capture those AS YOU'RE TRADING, and review the recording at the end of session.
Doing this daily will help you in a several ways:
1. It allows you a window into your own head so you can see and hear what your own thought process was while you were in the midst of trading and emotions were running high. You will capture little things about your trade ideas that were wrong/right and you can use that moving forward.
2. Dictating things as they unfold helps you actually learn faster. This is actually a meta learning concept. we learn well when we read something a dozen times. We learn really well when we explain something and what you need to do is pretend you're explaining to someone what your trade is in real time. Pretend you're teaching someone how to trade. Callout your entries and exits and trade management thoughts as they come to you and capture them on camera.
3. Save your best trades and even your worst ones. Review the videos of them in slowed down speed or in real time. Watch the chart alongside the time and sales and see how those two things relate to one another. it's a massive advantage to be able to review a key breakout moment on the time and sales at half speed. you get to really internalize what happens on the tape when a breakout occurs. This goes for any other key moments on a chart. Want to get better at Reversals? key in on your recording where the reversal occurred and watch it a dozen times at slow speed. You'll be shocked at how quickly you can internalize these things through deliberate, high quality practice.
IF you need a suggestion on what application to use for this purpose, I can't recommend Camtasia enough. I haven't tried any others because Camtasia has always been great for my needs. I save the videos to my computer and I have several years worth of personal trade videos I can review at any time.
