CTM had warrants at $1.08 that expired yesterday. That’s why it slowly crept up all week but stayed under $1.08 until yesterday. They haven’t announced it officially yet, but it was on a previous PR. Hopefully off to the races now

On their investor relations page on their website the most recent press release is 13 months ago. Wow. Quite the PR house.

It pisses me off too but at the same time, all these companies keep leaking our information to the point where SSN don't even seem to make sense anymore. Last year 3 billion of us had our information stolen by the National Public Data breach and yet that just blew over the companies still operating and just gave everyone a year of “identity monitoring”. This is a bigger issue where these companies keep getting away with a simple discloser and a year of monitoring offer where we just are supposed to forgive and forget after. It's disgusting. These companies need to pay a price that actually would hold them accountable and make other companies fearful of a breach. As of now, you get a small couple day PR hit and pay a slap on the wrist.

Haha yes a 50 y/o company seeing turmoil shortly after a devastating PR event is an outlandish circumstance. Enjoy your little puddle of ignorance there bud, maybe one day join us in the real world.

They haven't been able to prove the "savings" from DOGE that was to be used for wealthy tax cuts, so they are going to borrow it and the PR will still be DOGE savings.

Trump put artificial drag on the market. The market (and economy) were both doing just fine before he showed up and dropped a bomb on it all. We're seeing a huge increase in rise b/c the market is just bouncing back to where it would have been if he had not mucked with it in the first place.
Short-term, all of this sounds like a really great PR stunt for trump. "The market has never risen faster under any president!" But, when you zoom out, it's b/c he artificially yanked the damn thing down and then decided to let go.
But, long term damage.. we've pissed off long-term trade partners; EU, etc are all quietly looking to divest themselves from the US. B/c, even if we elect a more progressive president in 4 years there's a chance we get another Trump 4 years later. They can't deal with a trade partner that's hot-n-cold every decade.
We've threatened to pull out of NATO. EU military manufacturers are blowing up big with orders to fill the gap the US might leave, b/c EU is going to be ready for the US to pull out.
Trump has flipped the script and stopped playing nice with former allies, and instead cozying up to former enemies.. Russia, UAE, etc.
Trump thinks he's Putin, pitting frienemies against each other for his own benefit. But, he sucks at it. All he's doing is pissing off solid allies while letting wolves in sheeps clothing in the front door.

Any company "pivoting" to BTC is a giant red flag. At this point their business is essentially taking out loans and selling stock to buy BTC. This basically is them admitting the core business they had been hyping up non stop, isn't going anywhere. Which is not a surprise to anyone that actually read their PR releases.

But $CASK is a damn catchy ticker for an alcohol stock, they do have like $8M revenue on their most recent filing so they have a legit business, and from their PR looks like they are making new custom spirits for niche markets, which imo is where alcohol makers get into real profit (how much is a 21yr old bottle of Glenlivet?)
