So i showed this reddit with my brother somone who actually works with start ups and his eyes practically BUGGED OUT. He deals with startup peeps daily, and he's like, "These Redditors hqve got MORE conviction than the actual FOUNDERS !
He says half the time, they kinda know their thing isn't gonna be the next sliced bread, especially when someone else is already, you know, slicing bread way better somewhere else. They're sometimes just in it for the ride! 🎢
And get this bombshell: he says SO many startups are basically reinventing the wheel! Like, there's already a perfectly good, proven, and safer wheel out there but they're just... truckin' along with their slightly square version. 🤦‍♀️

Yes. Wide band gap semiconductors are exactly like that. Semiconductor stocks are notoriously cyclical and its better to buy in the bottom of the trough. Remember four years ago when there was a severe shortage of power semi chips? Auto and industrial supply chains were halted. SOLD OUT!
Maybe you are not familiar with [all the growth markets that SiC and GaN are serving](https://www.reddit.com/r/wolfspeed_stonk/comments/1kex4u5/charts_supporting_holding_wolfspeed_through_the/). For many uses, this is a more valuable material than what NVDA and TSM are selling. Yes, you need logic chips for the thinking, but you also need power chips for the **doing.**

If we look at inflation expectations in the latest survey, the partisanship divide is MASSIVE. 9.6% inflation vs those who think 1.2% inflation in next twelve months.
(9.6% is 3x higher!!!! than their 3% expectation that this partisan group had predicted in the peak of the post-covid inflation surge in 2022)
If we look at the consensus reddit sentiment and predictions over the stock market prices, (go sort by Top in the past Month on this subreddit), we find the overwhelming upvotes and top comments were all completely wrong and highly correlated to their partisanship views.
Everyone was looking for a greater bearish drop that never came by end of April or mid May.
How can retail investors learn to invest without emotion?
Just look at how many redditors have been LOCKED OUT of this insane rally from the April lows.

\-Morgan Stanley increased their position by 41.06%, now holding 2.23 million shares at an average price of
around $5.27.
\-Citadel Advisors boosted their share ownership by 90.28%, now owning 1.73 million shares at an average price of $3.75.
\-Bank of America surged its share position by 344.70%, now holding 1.26 million shares at an average price of $4.09.
\-We want to particularly highlight Bank of America, since they just had their healthcare conference, and they are already buyers of Clover Health. You can see the discrepancy in the unfortunate bias of Wall Street-they love Clover Health so much that instead of issuing a price target to let retail investors know, they were secretly buying back the company as they know it is about to explode. Once they're done eating and slowly taking shares from retail investors, they will then release their stock price target.
As institutional ownership has gone from approximately 19% up to 26% on average. As of now, institutions hold 107.8 million shares of Clover Health.

>When you think you’ve found a strategy that suits you and is profitable, stay OUT of social media because they gonna change the way you see the market.
I had to learn this the hard way.
Here’s what happened:
I trade supply and demand which I believe is the best strat, anyways I saw a guy in yt ZM Capital, I noticed even though we where using the same strategy he traded more frequently and he was profitable so I started watching his videos and I realized that he doesn’t wait for confirmation he just place a limit order on the zone and dumb me instead of backtesting that, changed my approach already and tried this approach on my challenge and I was on a losing streak of 14 trades till I realized that this is not the correct approach

Hi everyone, I'm 22 and I've been profitable since 2022. I'm gonna share what made my vision change to be profitable.
- Don't put real founds on the line if you're not profitable for at least 3 months on demo (even more for propfirms ~1year)
- Find a strategy that works on the long term. For that you'll need to BACKTEST your strategy for the last few years. It's not because some months your strategy will lose that it's a bad strategy. The most important thing is to win more than you lost at the end of the year.
- Don't get tricked by all those traders making 300% a month (not saying it's not possible but unlikely to keep consistent), even 2-3% a month is GOOD.
- Most PnL account you see on social media is either demo or accounts with 20$ on them, you'll not take care of a 20 000$ that way.
- When you think you've found a strategy that suits you and is profitable, stay OUT of social media because they gonna change the way you see the market or that your strategy is not good enough.
Even if someone else's making 2k% a year, wouldn't you be happy to make a 100% ?
That's what changed my vision to be profitable, let me know what you think.
