I had to call for help but the solution they gave me was brilliant. I'm on a Mac, by the way.
How to delete order templates in Think or Swim:
There is a DELETE option at the bottom of the list of order templates.
If you have too many in the list, it runs off the bottom of the screen and you can’t access the delete button.
SO - use the ARROW KEYS. (brilliant!!)
1. Display the list of custom order templates.
2. Go to the top - “Single”
3. Using you arrow keys, press the UP arrow key ONCE.
4. The DELETE option is now selected, but you can’t see it.
5. Press the RIGHT ARROW key which brings up the list of orders you can delete.
6. Use the UP/DOWN arrow keys to select the order you want to delete
7. Press RETURN.
8. Repeat as many times as necessary.
9. Eventually the DELETE option will be available at the bottom of the shortened list.
This worked perfectly for me.
