I struggle to see what he has done bad here? And what does it matter there was no consensus when he CF and emurgo had genesis keys and could do whatever they want with the chain anyway in that time 4 years ago.
You could post it in the cardano community but you're posting this in the cc sub just because you want to defame charles, or it at least heavily feels like it. But no one cares. I personally am very grateful for his contributions to the chain and that he burned those genesis keys

I made a news post today about the India Pakistan CF, linking to truth social and the post was banned for only linking social media...

Mal eine Idee: was wäre wenn ihr die Wohnung komplett fremdvermietet und daraus eine vierer WG macht?
So könnt ihr den Cashflow maximieren und Kosten von der Wohnung absetzen (da fremdvermietet). Der Kredit wird durch die Studis getilgt und ihr müsstet sogar noch CF positiv rauskommen.
Würde nicht in meinem Eigentum selber wohnen, da sonst viele steuerliche Vorteile flöten gehen.
10 Jahre als WG lassen und dann könnt ihr den Bums steuerfrei veräußern..
Bin selbst aber kein Stb. daher auf jeden Fall mit nem Fachmann abklären.
