Also interesting to note that they sold off equipment to pay off some of that high-interest loan from last year:
>"On April 18, 2025, certain non-essential equipment securing the Company’s collateralized loan with Utica Leaseco, LLC was sold at auction for approximately $0.7 million in gross proceeds."
Maybe we can get /u/JerryWang_FFAI to comment on this and the fact that the second round of financing was delayed. Are they in a cash crunch?
