> Most countries have expressed support
Oh, right, I must have dozed off and missed that part, because when i was awake, I saw three countries openly support pakistan, and about four others including USA covertly support them through billions of dollars in aid, while we didn’t get a single statement of support or one penny from any country. Now we have Trump in UAE saying Pak is the best and India did bad things. If you don’t believe me, then watch defence expert Pravin Sahwney’s post-battle analysis video on youtube. He essentially says that Pak is now a member of the new world order (global south) because they signed up for BRI, whereas India is isolated with no friends because we missed that bus. Of course the other interpretation is that any country not subservient to China will face isolation on the global stage, and it is the country’s choice to either become subservient or isolated. Both have pros and cons. We chose one path, now we have to live by it. Reality hurts, but it is what it is. I don’t know where you got that “most countries support us” part from. Maybe you SHOULD spend more time on reddit to gauge sentiment.

Sold 2300 shares at $128.
500% in 3 years. Not applicable of capital gain tax but broker fee of 0.4%. Finally reached my target. I know something big is happening soon especially with the Saudi & UAE contracts. My wife and I are moving to a new place soon, at the same time I still don’t want to miss how PLTR can grow my financial to the next level if I keep my shares, so I have decided to start buying 100 shares every $10 price drop. It is a win-win decision. I would like to thank this community, it has been a great rollercoaster journey. Last but not least PTFB!!!

Let's spin this another way...
"Person that was swimming really well, but then purposefully had cement shoes put on them to drag them down suddenly rising to the top for air again quickly once cement shoes taken off"
Trump put artificial drag on the market. The market (and economy) were both doing just fine before he showed up and dropped a bomb on it all. We're seeing a huge increase in rise b/c the market is just bouncing back to where it would have been if he had not mucked with it in the first place.
Short-term, all of this sounds like a really great PR stunt for trump. "The market has never risen faster under any president!" But, when you zoom out, it's b/c he artificially yanked the damn thing down and then decided to let go.
But, long term damage.. we've pissed off long-term trade partners; EU, etc are all quietly looking to divest themselves from the US. B/c, even if we elect a more progressive president in 4 years there's a chance we get another Trump 4 years later. They can't deal with a trade partner that's hot-n-cold every decade.
We've threatened to pull out of NATO. EU military manufacturers are blowing up big with orders to fill the gap the US might leave, b/c EU is going to be ready for the US to pull out.
Trump has flipped the script and stopped playing nice with former allies, and instead cozying up to former enemies.. Russia, UAE, etc.
Trump thinks he's Putin, pitting frienemies against each other for his own benefit. But, he sucks at it. All he's doing is pissing off solid allies while letting wolves in sheeps clothing in the front door.

Saudi used to be like Qatar back in the day, but under MBS theyve gone more in the direction of UAE.
Theyve still got some issues, like the extrajudicial killing of Khashogi, but their overall trend is positive

Short term up until 3rd and 4th qtr damage to economy starts showing up in the numbers. Then we'll prob see some slides back down over time.
Trump has turned his back on traditional trade partners -- EU, China, etc -- and is cozying up to Russia, UAE, etc. He's flipped the script. Piss off our old allies, and cozy up to old enemies.
There's opportunity in the market short term, but I think this will lead to long-term damage.

Solar is huge in UAE there are massive solar plants in the desert and plenty more being built and planned for. The Sheiks are very interested in silicon carbide technology to increase production.
