I agree with you and I do have KO stock. I see KHC stock decreases dividend so I ask here if it is good idea to sell.

no no no no no
I owned KHC and was lucky to sell at a profit. It has only gone down since then.
For an established name brand company when the revenues are decreasing, that is not a good sign. I love Kraft and Heinz products.
Sure they pay a dividend.
In 2023, you could have bought it at $40
You made $1.60 dividend
In 2024, you could have bought it at $37
You made $1.60 dividend
In 2025, you could have bought it at $31
You will make a $1.60 dividend
Now, you can buy it at $26.66
Is the trend your friend? NO.
Del Monte is filing for bankruptcy, and I love Del Monte product also.
Just about the only food company to own is KO, because KO is THE global brand.
Free Cash Flow magic tricks only work so long, if revenue is decreasing, eventually, all the cuts will have been made that can be made, and something has to give. That something will be dividend.

Thank you for all of your helpful advice. I am going to sell the KHC stock. No food stock. I have already invested in MSFT, (three credit cards V, MA & ANX), UNH, JNJ, PG, KO, COST, and TROW.

Food is a tough place to be, KHC is a great example of why, but lots of other stocks in that sector are beaten down now also. The initial merger strategy (aggressive cost cuts) did not pan out, the half-asses turnaround strategy has been very slow, grocers are pushing private-label, people are shifting to local/fresh sourced food, etc. KHC has a lot of debt to unwind, they also cut dividend and had an SEC investigation, not helping investors see a path forward.
I have no recommendations in the food sector, but if you want to invest there I think you’d want to find a company taking advantage of those market trends above rather than fighting against them like KHC is.

Why are you interested in KHC in particular? Personally, as a dividend growth stock, KHC doesn’t look too appealing.

Wheeling indexes will most likely underperform buy and hold. I only sell CSP’s on undervalued or fair valued quality blue chip stocks. A few tickets from each sector that come to mind. UNH, NVO, GOOG, PEP, KHC, BAC, O, DLR, OXY, DAL, AAL.
