My man, you called it! I hope you took your own advice. 😅 I’ve been slowly watching this for a while now and wish I would have went with my gut instinct way back when. I currently like Kratos though..
My current instinct is telling me to look at water filtration, companies that will assist with solar charging smart phones(I’ve been watching this) and a company that will finally be able to compete with ASML 🤞🏼

I like MU, AMAT, SMCI and TSM. ASML is a good european company too, but it's got weird price action. All of these are fairly undervalued based on fundamentals and monopoly / conglomerate power.

But dont buy options, just buy shares... you're WAY late on the Semiconductor / AI Hype Train... Like probably 2-3 years late lol. Option Premiums are insanely overpriced.

***Re: P/E Ratios***
As of writing, TSM and SMCI: 26, so they might fit your criteria; that said: You shouldn't use PE ratio to assess company value anymore, since many publicly traded companies have figured out how to game those metric.
For larger companies, e.g. META and AMZN, they can hide their true PE behind corporate spending, R&D, etc. They could be WAY more profitable if they wanted to, but they choose not to. Of course if you can afford to hire the best finance folks, they will be the best at window dressing for Wall Street.

Out of the list? Amazon, Google, ASML, AMD are the ones with the highest margin of safety (another thing you need to learn about if you're going to pick stocks).
However the point of my comment was, learn how to value stocks, learn what forward PE is. Learn how to value growth companies with reverse DCFs.
If you're going to just follow mainstream media and social media for your picks then you may perform great in the short term but you'll suffer in the long term. Everyone will say x is the future or keep buying y, but no one will talk about valuation until it's too late.

Here’s mine:
AMZN
BTC
CRWD
GOOGL
LLY
META
MSFT
NVDA
PLTR
RKLB
5 of the Mag 7 which will mirror most of the S&P’s gains, then LLY for a defensive yet innovative approach, BTC as it is now wanted by governments and countries, CRWD, PLTR and RKLB are at the spearhead of there respective industries - cyber, AI/defence and space sectors are ones to watch for the next 5-10 years.
What would you change or tweak? I was close with adding MSFT but wasn’t sure which to switch it with, AMD, TSLA, NFLX, JPM, ASML were also close contenders!

ASML is the play in this scenario. But if Taiwan falls the entire market will crater out of WWIII / NWO fears. But after everything settles down, ASML will need to start sending lithography machines to every country not named Taiwan.

Regarding the wide moat around ASML, I recently put some money on Nikon.   The reason is I expect they will be the beneficiary of this research breakthrough, which would simplify EUV lithography and reduce the amount of energy it consumes by 90%.   If successfully brought to market could supplant ASML's monopoly on the tech.  The stock pays a 3% dividend and has been pretty stable so it seemed like a relatively safe bet with huge potential upside.

I'm already too exposed to semis with NVDA, AMD, ASML being some of my biggest positions alongside (GOOGL and SONY).
I recently made the mistake of getting out of TSM and MU when wanting to change from the equivalent to ADRs in my country to stocks in the US and not being able to get back because they just kept climbing and I waited too hoping for a dip.
My "solution" was to start buying Samsung and Intel hoping for a "rising tide lifts all boats" type scenario. I want to have as much exposure as possible to semis without getting in at bad entry point because of FOMO.

1. Quantumscape, long leap options, many nice risk off events in the year to come, good execution so far, and has that futuristic it factor than sometimes warrants insane valuations. My most irresponsible investment.
2. Novo nordisk, undervalued I believe it will grow nicely over time regardless of if they won’t be the biggest player in obesity medicine.
3. Evolution gaming, bought when pe was sub 10, still very cheap and any growth from current levels should result in a symmetric appreciation in share price due to the very low pe multiple.
4. Alphabet, low valuation, great cash flow and pretty diverse streams of revenue, great AI bet, has a tonne of users that it can push its AI services on.
5. ASML, pretty wide moat in EUV

1- EFX, 2 high quality business in one, one of them is earning below expectations and the other is probably gonna grow upwards of 15% in the next five years (especially under Trump). The high CapEx caused by the cloud build up is also done which will improve the cash flow and margins. I don't like their future capital allocation though but I'll hang around for now.
2- AMZN, a lot of people wrote about it.
3- ASML, AI is here to stay and you need their EUV machines to make those AI chips. They have a great pricing power and nobody can compete with them. TSMC also have no issue with transfering their price increases to their customers.
4- MEDP, Too cheap for such a high quality company with great capital allocation.
5- CART, it was too cheap when I bought it and grew to become the fifth largest. It is still fairly priced imo but I don't like the fact that the advertising segment didn't grow that much the past few years.

Until recently had around 10 well-performing stocks in my portfolio, decided to cash in and go all-in on my 2 highest conviction picks which I think are both undervalued and key players in the AI revolution: GOOGL and ASML.
