The "Alt-Season" narrative is likely a trap. You need to seriously consider what your goal is if you're not selling any ALTS through the recent rally.

Who said they don't trust BTC. They just don't think they can make big money by investing on it since ROI potential is shrinking cycle after cycle. Wealthy individuals and institutions buy BTC because they don't want to gamble with their capital.
Retail, let's say someone with $1000 they don't really care to go for $500 IF btc goes to $180K. They'll get into ALTS because they can have- potentially- much higher appreciation. And they do, but they also have much higher potential for depreciation and that's what happens in this cycle thus far and everyone got burned while serious investors and institutions are making profits, despite being moderate compared to previous cycles.
Retail will come when there is FOMO.

ATH in ALTS, its possible YET?

Retail is broke and a significant part of them got burned by bear markets, scams, exchange collapses, memecoin rugpulls, hacks, Trump tweets etc.
BTC price seems very high to invest on it, if retail comes back they'll invest/gamble on alts. If you exclude BTC, market is like in a devastating deep bear territory right now, that's how low ALTS prices are. If Alts get something at minimum +50% from current valuations, it means retail has kinda returned.
