I made a small faceless crypto channel where I break down concepts like market cycles, funding rate & beginner BTC topics in a simple way. Still improving, so feedback is welcome. Here’s my latest video. https://youtu.be/Gj98BXUH_Eg?si=9xET-xYCkHNQgf2A

Yes. Specially when Risk Assessors sends their regards. Its really fun.
Arguments here and there.
Kidding aside, it doesnt really change much. Their funds are managed as a whole, but each individual is given some level of autonomy to trade whatever they like.
There was this loud guy, although he isnt that great of a trader, his ideas were topnotch basically. He had the best ideas but just cant translate it into trading. His team basically trades what he thinks.
Its been months now, so idc. He basically said to short BTC as there were an unusual level of illiquidity in the market. Much higher than 2021 cycle. Basically his idea was even if the market can go higher, its definitely overextended on the upside, so he wanted to short it in the short term.
Unfortunately, it wasnt allowed to be played as their risk exposure at the time was too damn high.

Fixed supply cap is one of the reasons I chose to invest in both BTC and ADA. Curious what other fundamental properties you value most in these projects? I've found myself increasingly appreciating Cardano's focus on research-driven development, even if it means slower rollouts sometimes.

> The killer feature was not that it was easy to pay. It's that it decentralizes the issuance of currency and removes the rent seeking middle men.
But as it is now self evident with BTC, making it not easy to pay, has re-introduced the rent seeking middle men…

Thanks for posting your theta journey for us! I follow all your posts and look for inspiration :)
I have a question about your attached link to the trades. I see that you have BTC strike and STO strike (for instance, for RKLB stock): 90 vs 42.5 . Are these Buy To Close vs Sell To Open strikes? If yes - shouldn't they be the same? Or are these something different?

I don't specifically dislike ETH BTW or have some problem with it.
And I'm definitely not a BTC MAXIST in the sense of "arghhhhh nothing else can exist" lol.
When you say assumptions what did you mean by that out of curiosity? You've been around since BTC was $600 so ill make a presumption that you have a thorough understanding of how BTC works and that an actual protocol fork would take mass consensus, that's an immutable truth.
Lastly it's not even that we value different things, I see ETHs value I hold a good amount of it. My reply to you was really triggered by your PoW is garbage comment. Being Pow is the very thing that will keep BTC the number one store of value of any digital asset in the entire crypto sphere.
Really lastly lastly why do you hope I'm a wholecoiner 😂?
What do you care lol.
I've given more BTC away than what most people will ever hold in their life 😉.

Without the underlying factors behind “stock etf and stuff” there is no engine to fuel capitalism and bitcoin would be worthless. If you’re going to park money for 20 years and measure from prior performance, then btc may significantly outperform SPYX if its trend continues, but that is an assumption. BTC has no fundamental underlying value, is highly speculative and volatile, and cannot reliably be used as currency for this reason. If you go all in on it you are basically gambling, which either hits big or doesn’t. Good luck in your choice.

Also how likely are regulators going to allow an absolute fucking nuclear bomb hit the market to completely destabilize the entire economy? That's what MOASS is

The mechanics for MOASS exist, but realistically, how do we make it happen? Well we place reliance in RC for that, and quite frankly, a Tesla melt up is more likely than a Volkswagen squeeze. A Volkswagen style squeeze would rip apart the economy. We'll still have wildly large account balances, it'll just take longer for them to raise, and they'll have a lot more assets supporting the balance like Cash and BTC instead of shitty swap agreements needing to force the price to a specific point

CalPERS's experience highlights an important distinction in crypto exposure methods. "Listed proxies" (like investing in MicroStrategy or crypto ETFs) offer institutional investors Bitcoin exposure within traditional frameworks, but they don't eliminate volatility. In fact, these proxies can sometimes amplify price swings due to market sentiment affecting both the underlying asset AND the wrapper company. Direct Bitcoin holdings follow BTC's volatility pattern, while proxy investments can experience compounded volatility from both crypto markets and traditional equity factors. This is why some institutional investors are now considering direct custody solutions despite regulatory hurdles—they want exposure without the additional layers of market risk.

You're deluded. Seems you completely missed the point of Bitcoin as well.
Stop assuming everybody is a degenerate gambler like yourself.
Again how stupid would you need to be to buy the wrong ticker..
I doubt anybody has ever bought BCH instead of BTC by mistake TBH.
You really have no clue do you, it's a waste of time conversing with you.
