CaptainBNB on BNB because I don’t see other projects on BNB that are as active. It may well be the most crypto community in all of X and right now. Building for over 7 months as the mascot of the BNB chain and doubled its holder account during the lowest months.

A year ago I thought BNB was a centralized shitcoin & that it would drop out of the top 10 very soon.
Now I still think it is centralized garbage - but it performs well.

Binance sees CRO as a major threat to BNB (their cash cow). The longer they wait to list, the more users will switch from Binance to Crypto.com. Exchanges should not be so petty, but if you look at the roadmap…crypto.com has a lot more to offer retail. BNB was once the price of CRO. My hope is that CRO will be the next BNB coin (and more). 🚀

No BNB exposure?

It’s interesting portfolio. I would buy more useless for the SOL and more Pepe / SPX / Apu for the ETH. I would also get some CaptainBNB to have BNB chain exposure. Established culture coins are leveraged bet on the main asset. But it’s good portfolio anyway

BNB is good sure. No one talks about it but look at the bear market price its probably the only few that have survived and it's still strong. Plus people rarely talk about it and when it starts trending it will fly. Also it has binance behind it.
The rest I believe has too much competition and they can be replaced anytime. If I had to pick I would say link and maybe cro (trump). For cro I think Trump must know something or they have plans to pump the price. I can't imagine Trump buying something with no gains.

I just went through days of banging my head against the wall with Coinbase Wallet showing my BTCB as “Bitcoin BEP2.” I thought I was screwed since BEP2 is deprecated and Coinbase Support was useless.
But here’s the critical detail: if you actually check your wallet address on BscScan, you’ll see those tokens aren’t BEP2 at all. They’re BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain). Coinbase Wallet’s UI is just labeling them wrong.
This distinction is huge. If your tokens were really on BEP2, you’d be stuck. But if your address is on BEP20, your funds are fine — you just need to bridge them out.

How to Tell the Difference
1. Find your wallet address (a.k.a. public address):
• In Coinbase Wallet, copy your wallet address.
• A BEP20 / BSC address always starts with 0x….
• A BEP2 / Beacon Chain address always starts with bnb….
2. Check on a block explorer:
• Go to BscScan.
• Paste your wallet address (0x…).
• If you see your token balances listed under “BEP-20 Tokens” (like “Binance-Peg BTCB”), your funds are on BEP20.
3. Understand transaction hashes (txid):
• Each transaction you make also has its own long 0x… string.
• That’s the transaction hash, proof of a single transfer.
• But what matters here is your wallet address format — that tells you which chain you’re really on.
This mislabeling mistake by Coinbase is trapping people into thinking their funds are permanently stranded when they’re not.

How I Got My Funds Out (safe apps, step by step):
1. Check your wallet address on BscScan
• If your address starts with 0x… and you see “Binance-Peg BTCB” or “Binance-Peg USDC” under “BEP-20 Tokens,” then your funds are on BEP20, not BEP2.
2. Get a little BNB for gas
• Coinbase Wallet won’t sell you real BNB, only “Wormhole” junk.
• I used SimpleSwap— reliable, no account needed.
• Sent some ETH → received BNB (BEP20) into my wallet for gas fees.
3. Swap the token on PancakeSwap
• PancakeSwap is the main DEX on BSC.
• Connected Coinbase Wallet → swapped my BTCB → USDC (BEP20).
• Safe, smooth, but make sure to set slippage to 0.5–1%.
4. Bridge USDC (BEP20) → USDC (ERC-20)
• Coinbase Exchange does not accept BEP20 deposits.
• I used SimpleSwap again to bridge my Binance-Peg USDC (BEP20) into standard USDC (ERC-20).
• Sent it straight into my Coinbase Exchange USDC ERC-20 deposit address.
5. Cash out on Coinbase Exchange
• USDC landed in my exchange account normally.
• Sold it for USD → withdrew to my bank.
(In your specific case, it doesn’t have to be exchanged for USDC. You can exchange to any other coin too, just OUT of BEP20)

Things to Watch Out For:
• Don’t send BEP20 directly to Coinbase Exchange. They will not credit it. Always bridge to ERC-20 first.
• Always test with a small amount first. I tested $20 before moving the rest.
• Ignore Coinbase Wallet’s “BNB Wormhole” option. It won’t help you pay gas on BSC. Use SimpleSwap for real BNB (BEP20).
• Don’t trust the UI in Coinbase Wallet. If your address is 0x…, your tokens are on BEP20, not BEP2 — the wallet labeling is misleading.

Why This Matters
Coinbase Wallet’s misleading label could cost people thousands of dollars. Their support still tells people “you’re stuck on BEP2” when in reality your funds are fine on BEP20 if you dig deeper.
Please double-check your own balances. Look them up on BscScan. If you see 0x… and BEP20 tokens, you can recover your funds using the steps above.

BNB is the OG meme chain and it’s about to get crazy again. I’d be looking into the future bluechip runners like CaptainBNB & $WKC and be early.

The "problem" you are mentioning about Solana is actually not a problem but just the core mechanics how blockchains works. If on any private wallet you want to make any transaction (like token transfer or swap) you need the primary coin of this particular token on which your wallet is based. For BSC blockchain you will need BNB, for Ethereum blockchain you will need ETH, etc.

Let's clarify some terms you're using.
**Cardano** is the blockchain. **ADA** is the native currency on Cardano.
**BNB** is the native currency on Binance's blockchain.
If you need **BNB** then you do not own native **ADA** on the Cardano blockchain. Instead, you own what's called a wrapped/pegged token. A synthetic asset on a different blockchain that is pegged to the price of the real asset.
