It’s under BNB smart chain

Can someone explain to me, like I am a child, how I can my SBBTC turned into cash i my bank account? I do not deal in crypto and my brain is fried.
I think I need to swap it for something else, but everything I try, I never have a sufficient balance. I have tried youtube, reddit, and support. This is clearly a language I do not speak. Y'all GENIUSES!
1. Do I need to purchase anything first to cover fees? For example, "You need to add $1.06 in BNB on BNB (Binance Smart) Chain to complete this transaction". How do I do this and where?
2. Once I add this $$? Do I have to go to Coinbase and then transfer/send to Base?
I just keep getting stuck in a loop and feel like I can't do step A because it requires step B, but B requires A.
I guess I am asking: you have $2000 in SBBTC and need it in spendable US dollars in the bank. What do you do, step by step?

I feel the same way but most digital currencies will end up being deployed across multiple blockchains. Take Tether, for example, it's already on Tron, Ethereum, BNB, Polygon, Solana, and others. I think the bulk of it will ultimately settle on Ethereum since that's where most of the digital finance ecosystem lives. They'll likely allocate some to other chains too, especially if one gains strong traction in the EU.

So I am a university student and I am looking to put all my savings into Crypto, I am ready to buy a coin and keep it till even Aug 2026, or im ready to just sell that coin on whenever it gains 20% even if it is in the next 2 months.
Now I have been doing this since a couple of months and I very clearly realize that If i dont wanna lose my money for good I put it into the top coins like BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, XRP etc.
Anyways from what my beginner mind has seen on the Internet is that right now ETH is the most secure and it has most potential to grow in the next year, even more than BTC.
So i just want yalls opinions and guidance, what coin between ETH and BTC do i buy for lets say $1500-2000? I wanna buy only one coin as i feel if i diversify itll be like loss in one = gain in other so basically no gain.
Also I keeo hearing about the crypto market or BTC crash that is to happen very soon whats that all about?
TL;DR: Uni student with $1.5-2k to invest. ( I am earning $100 a month). Plan is either hold until Aug 2026 or sell on +20% gains. Only want to buy one coin (don't want to diversify). Torn between BTC vs ETH - leaning ETH since it looks more secure + bigger growth potential short/medium term. Also hearing talk about a big BTC/crypto crash soon - how real is that? Looking for opinions/guidance.

I used Base for the first time today, and it worked great! I sold some BNB at $880 on Binance.US, which left me with Tether. I then swapped the Tether for USDC - losing about $1 in the process - and transferred the USDC from Binance.US to Coinbase via the Base network. The network fee was only about $0.22, and the transfer arrived roughly 20 seconds after email confirmation.
From there, Coinbase lets me withdraw USDC to my bank account for free using the 1–3 business day option.
I’m really impressed with how smooth Base was! I’ve done the same process over the AVAX network before, where the fee was about $2. AVAX was fast too, but Base felt just a bit quicker in my experience.

I used to know both crypto.com (CDC) & Binance.
Does CDC even support BNB. I know Binance does not support CRO.
Having said all that, if someone is stupid enough to send crypto on the wrong chain, it's def not support's problem. IF they are able to help, you may pay hugely for it.
If I were you, I would not be complaining at support.
They are not the Dumbasses.
I suggest you block whoever was trying to send you crypto. Dealing w idiots just raises your stress level.

It's wild that exchange tokens outside of BNB are never mentioned on reddit. Everyone just talks about moons, and ADA here. But they had a huge supply burn a week ago. Price spiked to $100, and now within the last 2 days it spiked to $200+.
I'm sad because I thought about buying some a few months ago, but when I saw it was already $40, I went into a different CEX token. But no one could have gussed they would burn half their supply.

Here is the story:
I supposed to receive x amount of BNB on crypto.com on bsc chain. The guy who sent the money accidentaly sent usd on binance chain not bnb. So the funds ended up in Crypto.com custodial wallet. Honest mistake shit happens. I contacted customer support provided them with all the details of the transaction. They charged me 100usd "Retrieval fee" two days ago. Since then i get canned bullshit responses from customer support they are refusing to provide even the timeline how this gets resolved.
The funniest is that they punished my accout with their robbery fee and the funds will be reverted to the sender.
So from a 400 transaction im out of 500 and they refuse to answer.

Pfffft.... I hope he does... Dude, OP, get me a direct pipeline to trade for BNB at a nickel under market & I'll spearhead a movement to pump and UV all your posts! Lol...

Hello, I'm a developer. I'm thinking of developing a Telegram bot that will quickly process coins on the Solana or BNB chain. But first, I need to ask you what your expectations are. What's essential for you? Speed, automated transactions, copy trading, a stylish interface, or simply a Telegram bot interface with low commissions. What can you suggest? Solana is very busy and crowded area.Maybe starting with BNB because it's lower cost and good for me. But maybe it would be more reliable to make an app instead of Telegram. (This isn't an advertisement or promotion; I'm just looking for ideas from real peoples.)

No I didn't and Coinbase is of no help the only solution I could really come up with was buying/swapping coin for BNB and then sending it to Coinbase, but between their fees and junk I decided that the 70-100 dollars at the time wasn't worth it.

OKB exchange token up from $45 to $220 in one week. Yet I hardly ever see exchange tokens talked about. Only BNB. I do own some other exchange tokens, but god damn do I wish I had some OKB.
