Sol flipped BNB the first time Feb 14, 2024.
The second time was June 28, 2025.
The third time was July 16, 2025.

on the BASE app, the issue still remains, it has been almost 7 years of the this. You need to get BNB from another place in order to swap, cash or anything else. You can buy certain coins directly as in exchanging cash for the crypto currency. But certain steps still require you to have magically BNB in order to take the action. Even swapping from one other currency other than BNB to BNB requires this in the app.

Memcoins r part of crypto, just like gambling and lottery is part of financial system, we don't have to buy them, but this is the reality.
Memcoins has been around for long time, they use to be on Eth and Bnb and now on Sol, in fact that's another indication that Solana was chosen for trading and gambling by people as as well.
I still have some old Memcoins I bought many years ago on Eth and BNB , they don't worth much and it's too expensive to sell! If it was on Sol I could have sold them already.

This whole quantum computing thing, as it relates to crypto, overlooks pretty much every major implication of quantum computing.
It's like asking, "If a Carrington Even occurs, how will I charge my iPod?"
Silly, right?
If all of the sudden quantum computing becomes a reality, crypto will be the least of our worries. First of all, who will have it? Who wont? Second of all, will it be weaponized, and by whom?
The reality of a post-quantum world, is that modern monetary systems will simply cease to exist. Never mind crypto, if a quantum computer comes along and is controlled by a hostile entity, BTC will be least of our worries; a computer capable of comprising the security of BTC or ETH is *more than* capable of comprising the entire legacy financial system. Banking, stock and commodity exchanges, the Fed, everything is at risk. *Everything.* Crypto and blockchain security are nothing compared to the threat a hostile nation with quantum computing capabilities poses to the world monetary system. Nothing.
To your second point, it is far more likely that BTC and ETH undergo significant upgrades to safeguard against QC than it is for a new coin to both solve the quantum problem, *and* become mainstream. Further, it is of far greater interest, to everyone, that BTC and ETH (and USDT, USDC, BNB, XRP...) undergo upgrades than it is to launch a new chain that is quantum resistant. Just think about the network cost to move the damn near 4T in assets over to a new chain, you know? It is not practical.
Therefor, this is where the communities efforts will go. It wont go towards a new project, it will go towards upgrading current chains. 2030 is the likely horizon for QC. By then, I fully expect BTC, ETH, and the community as a whole to upgrade to a quantum resistant security system. I mean... it has too. This is far more likely than a new project gaining traction.

Not having heard of crypto.com is indeed crazy if you're into cryptocurrency world.
That said, I still don't see why Binance should list their competitor's coin. I mean they could. But I totally understand that they wouldn't. I don't think they lose anything by not listing it.
Is BNB listed on all of their competitors? KuCoin I think so. But Crypto.com, Coinbase, Kraken etc. I don't know, really asking.

Ive messed around with a few crypto cards so here’s my quick thoughts.
Nexo is a credit card backed by your BTC or ETH. You don’t sell your coins, you borrow against them. Cashback in BTC or NEXO. Pretty smooth app, FX rates are fine. Rewards get better if you hold more NEXO but it’s not mandatory.
CDC Prepaid debit card. Good cashback if you stake CRO but you need to lock quite a bit for the better tiers. Easy to top up, works fine for day to day.
Binance Card has straightforward, low fees, cashback in BNB. You just have to set which coins it spends from in the app.
Rizon is new player that launched this year. Lets you spend USDC or USDT straight from a non-custodial wallet using a Visa card. Works with Apple Pay and Google Pay, fees are transparent, and you don’t have to convert to fiat first. Super handy if you mostly hold stables.
On taxes, most places treat spending crypto as selling, so it can trigger capital gains. Nexo avoids that since it’s borrowing, but check your local laws before going all in.
If you want the easiest way to spend stables without converting, Rizon’s pretty good. If you’d rather keep your stack and borrow against it, Nexo’s solid.

For long-term holds, focus on fundamentals and tokenomics. High inflation can be a red flag.
In 2017–18, I made some painful mistakes. I traded 0.47 BTC and 3 ETH for about 2,000 IOTA near its ATH without really digging into its fundamentals or knowing much about the crypto space. It was pure hype, and the crash was brutal. It bounced a bit in 2021, then tanked again. They’ve since revamped the project using SUI’s design. I still hold those coins and stake them - too late to sell now, so I’ll just see if they come back in 10 years, lol.
I’d hate for you to lose money the way I did, so remember, nothing is guaranteed in crypto, and you can lose it all. Generally, top 10–20 coins (BTC, ETH, etc.) that have stood the test of time are safer, but won’t deliver the same wild gains - or devastating rug pulls - as risky meme coins.
I've seen hype around Hyperliquid (HYPE), don't know much about it and don't have any.
My best coins have been ETH, BNB, XRP, DOGE (still hoping for $1 -$2) and maybe ADA if it ever recovers. It was just pure luck with the exception of ETH. Ethereum was my introduction to crypto. I mined and staked most of what I have and bought some. I always felt positive about Ethereum and the last 2-3 years have been stressful for sure. I am amazed I did not go gray - lol!
