Big Bitcoin is a Bitcoin fork claiming to be "the most comprehensive forked coin of Bitcoin." Big Bitcoin forked at Bitcoin block 508,888 on January 12, 2018. The protocol differs from Bitcoin with 2.5 minute block times and 16MB block sizes. Big Bitcoin uses a Proof-of-Work consensus algorithm and introduces zero knowledge proofs. Big Bitcoin claims its opcodes enable a Bitcoin Virtual Machine (BVM) for intelligent smart contracts.
