1. They talk about it because thats all there is to talk about because they already were taking pre-orders for a downgrade H20 chip just for China in 2024...
2. Its been something that has been unfolding since the US tightening export controls in October 2023 before the H20 chips were even released which caused them to delay release until 2024.
3. They released a downgraded B20 in August of 2024
4. In March of 2024 they opened pre-orders for the downgraded H20 for China.
