Acadia Healthcare Forms Joint Venture With Orlando Health; Terms Not Disclosed

Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc. (NASDAQ:ACHC) today announced that it has formed a joint venture with Orlando Health, one of Central Florida's premier health systems. With Acadia's partnership, Orlando Health will expand inpatient and outpatient programs, enhance community outreach activities, improve patient experience, and develop new comprehensive psychiatric strategies across its entire healthcare system.

Acadia, like Orlando Health, takes great pride in being a strong community partner, collaborating with many organizations, hospitals and first responders in the regions it services. Under the agreement, Acadia will assume management responsibilities for the behavioral health program at Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital.
