Honeywell Boosts Dividend By ~5%

* Honeywell International Inc (NASDAQ:HON) Board has approved an increase in the regular annual cash dividend by over 5% to $3.92 from $3.72 per share.

* This increase will be effective starting with the fourth-quarter dividend of $0.98 per share, payable on December 3, 2021, to holders of record on November 12, 2021.

* Honeywell paid a quarterly dividend of $0.93 per share on its common stock on September 3, 2021, to shareowners of record on August 13, 2021.

* Price Action: HON shares closed higher by 1.59% at $215.65 on Friday.
