Palantir Technologies (PLTR) have lost 5% on Thursday, despite gains in the US stock market. The company announced on June 30 that it has extended its partnership with Groupo Globo for two more years.

11:37 Thursday, July 1, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Palantir Technologies (PLTR) have lost 5% on Thursday, despite gains in the US stock market. The company announced on June 30 that it has extended its partnership with Groupo Globo for two more years.

Stocks gained on Thursday to reach new record levels, after the major indexes closed out a strong second quarter and first half of the year.

Palantir, a software manufacturer from Colorado, develops security platforms for intelligence companies in the United States. The company specializes in counter-terrorism, investigation, and operations. With Groupo Globo, the company offers Palantir Foundry service that creates a Central Operating System for companies to manage data.

Currently, the shares are dealing at $4.94, down $1.42 or 5.37% since its previous close at $26.36 on Wednesday. The shares opened at $26.10 and in the 52-week period, the shares have ranged between $8.90 and $45.00.
