* Virgin Galactic (SPCE) - Shares were down 8% Friday morning following a delay in the company's flight launch. The company tweeted it was working "to identify the next flight opportunity."

* Remark Holdings (MARK) - A play on Friday morning news special purpose acquisition corporation (SPAC), Falcon Capital Acquisition Corp. (FCAC), will merge with Sharecare. Remark has a 4.5% ownership interest in Sharecare.

* Cleanspark (CLSK) - A play on crypto. The company reported Q1 earnings Friday morning and said it expects to add 800-880 petahash/second of processing power for its mining operations over the next two quarters.

* Fusion Acquisition (FUSE) - This SPAC confirmed a deal with MoneyLion Friday morning. The deal is valued at about $2.4 billion.
