American Homes 4 Rent Announces 11M Share Common Stock Offering

AGOURA HILLS, Calif., Aug. 17, 2020 /PRNewswire/ --American Homes 4 Rent (NYSE:AMH) (the "Company") today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of11,000,000 of its Class A common shares of beneficial interest, $0.01 par value per share ("Class A common shares"). The Company also plans to grant to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional1,650,000 Class A common shares.
