NuCana Announces Proposed Public Offering Of American Depositary Shares; Size Not Disclosed

EDINBURGH, United Kingdom, Sept. 16, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NuCana plc, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on significantly improving treatment outcomes for patients with cancer, announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of its American Depositary Shares ("ADSs"). Each ADS represents one ordinary share of NuCana. In addition, NuCana expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of its ADSs at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the ADSs are being offered by NuCana. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
